    • I look it up they can live 10 to 12 years out in the wild ,but in Messi case being a house pet and so pamper and so extremely well taking care off I would say not 100% sure but maybe 15 years if not longer it dosent say because they nor meant to be house pet ,Messi is a exceptional Cougar he more like a human than a wild cat, he is one in a Trillian and so well loved by everyone and so so handsome .

  • I have a Scottish straight cat named Sam. He is a huge baby, about 83cm and 8 kg. He is masculine and has big nose and paws like Messi. Somehow they look a lot alike. When I first watched a video of Messi, I couldn’t believe there are people like us, loving their cat like their own kid!!! I’m proud of you guys. I wish you beautiful couple and mr.   • Wow. That's a very loving animal. I don't even want to call him an animal because he acts like a loving family member. It's a very nice video, actually. I've watched other people who have big cats and a lot of them are weird people. They have like 12 dogs, 5 cats, 2-3 tigers, monkeys and tons of other animals running throughout the house. It's very bizarre to have so many animals at once, together in one small area. But you guys have a puma, and that's all. That's how it should be. Obviously you love him. And it's very nice. He's a little baby. And he is loving and protective. It's so sweet how he loves Sasha.

  • What a wonderful bond, they seem to be perfect soulmates.I once had a horse that followed me everywhere. I couldn't wait for a snow day and school being canceled. I would clean the stall and put lots of shavings and would shake out a bale of hay. He was always lazy and would lie down to eat. I would curl up against his belly and read or do homework. Sometimes I would fall asleep.While the storm would rage outside,we would be happy and warm all day . My mother used to watch us as we would race through the fields and would claim that you couldn't see where I began and the horse ended .We just merged. He was as lost as Messi without his "Dad"as my honey horse was without me. It's an honor to be one with your animals You are blessed and loved .Thank you for sharing this with all of us.   • I had a friend who owned a cougar for years. He was a awesome pet. But here in the United States. It's a lot a work to keep one. He had to build a 10 ft fence all the way around his property. And the cat has free range of the property with a larger doggie door to go in and out of the house. And he had two Rottweilers for the cats friends. They had free range of his property. And he never had anything stolen from his place. These are awesome pets that really shows how much they love you just as any pet does that's well taken care of.

  • Their relationship is so touching and beautiful. There is no Messi without Sasha, and there is no Sasha without Messi, simple as that. I wouldn't expect so much sensitivity from a predator, BTW all Cats are predators, small (Kira R.I.P.) medium (Messi) or big (Ichel R.I.P. & Gerda). Once you show them love, respect and no fear, they would love you 10 times as much, it all depends on the human.

    • @@CaptHC Yes, unfortunately the cheetah Ichtel did pass away from metastatic cancer and Kira the Sphinx cat just recently passed away due to a cardiac problem!! They did get another cheetah named Gerda and she is thriving!!
