Ichel has pancreatitis and has to be given a lot of medications. The most interesting things are ahead... I'll have to give her injections...

  • I want to answer all the questions, in order to avoid misunderstandings by friends here who dont speak Russian. So... they give her a pill and take care of her. This Cheetah used to be a circus animal. She also has pancreatitis and cataracts... Sasha is using stick because there are medicines in pieces of meat and he has to place them as far as possible so she can swallow it without noticing. It is normal for cheetahs to swallow meat. Please like it so that everyone can see it. Они дают Ичель таблетки и заботу. Этот гепард когда-то был цирковым животным. У нее также есть панкреатит и катаракта. Саша использует палку, потому что в кусках мяса есть лекарства, соответственно, он должен помочь ей съесть мясо с лекарством, которое невкусное.     • Messi had many problems too at one time he couldn't walk all due to malnutrition that is why he is small. In a petting zoo they want to keep the animal looking like a baby.

    • Adriane Kelly Well Sasha took a lot of care today and patience to feed her the pancreas medicine laced meat and spray her. Not sure what the nose spray was for. I have no doubt her pancreas will heal and the cataracts are just a matter of time. Sasha has to travel to another city for the procedure

  • Wow, at :56 when Sasha goes to pet Ichel on the head, it’s clear she doesn’t even see Sasha’s hand and is surprised when he touches her head.   • Саша избрал очень правильную тактику в общении с Ичель . Аккуратную но с небольшим риском. Ичель не чувствует что ее боятся даже когда она шипит. Другие наверное зашли бы в ее вольер, бросили кусок мяса и со скоростью звука выбежали оттуда, а потом гордо назвали бы себя спасителями больного животного . А тут до победного конца без всякой бравады. Ичелька просто не имеет и шанса не выздороветь.

  • If you watch the very first video of when they got Ichel she did not have cloudy eyes. This something that just started happening recently. She will be a totally different cat if they can get the vision fixed. I pray the surgery goes well and she gets her vision repaired. PRAY FOR ICHEL ❤️ !!!!

I have a cataract which needs to come out as my right eye is just blurry, but we're in lockdown here in Scotland, but at least I have my left eyesight. Poor Ichel looks like both eyes are affected.

She protects herself by hissing & snarling; though she is aware her Poppa is trying his best to maintain her health. 🐆Clever ICHEL, is such a Brave & Good girl for accepting her meds. 😍 💘We're all rooting for you & sending our beloved 🐆unconditionall 🤗 LUV & HUGS 🤗💖💘.     • @@macy-ry4fq if I recall correctly, she is over 10 years old, so she could have issues with the anesthesia. But I'm also hoping that they can help her with her fading vision.

  • Ichel is blessed to have such loving and kind people taking good care of her. ♥️ Poor baby, I know it's hard to deal with illness in an animal you just got and are working to have trust you. It's not easy. I will pray that you are able to give her the injections without a lot of stress for Ichel or you, Sasha and Masha. I am curious, have you ever thought of providing a flower pot or shallow bowl/pan of grass for her? I know cats like to eat grass as it helps with fur balls and digestive issues. I know you probably don't have much grass growing yet - and whether you will plant grass seed at your new place - I just throw seeds in a shallow bowl of potting soil for my indoor kitty. Perhaps someone can get you some kitty greens or seeds of grasses for Ichel and Messi ♥️ God bless you and please stay safe. ✌️🙏

    • Цирки как и зоопарки это легализованный , законом одобренный холокост для животных. Радует что в некоторых странах это запрещено законодательно. С тем же успехом раньше посещали человеческие зоопарки , не так давно кстати. В ладоши хлопали и радовались, это из этой же серии развлечение.

  • The more we see of Ichel the more we love her. Today she is the resistant defiant 2-year-old, obediently standing tall and taking her medicine, but HISSING her displeasure between every bite. Viewers aren't privy to many details of treatment but today Ichel is showing much trouble with her vision. Perhaps she is having medicinal drops put in her eyes and they negatively affect her vision. Her eyes are not focused, her pupils appear dilated, and she appears to be staring at her surroundings without focusing on anything. I bet our angel MESSI would not behave much better under similar circumstances. Ichel is very EXPRESSIVE. Her hisses are her way of showing her dissatisfaction with her current position. They are NOT expressions of anger or warnings of an aggressive attack. Ichel is non-confrontational. She is ASSERTIVE, NOT AGGRESSIVE. There is so much personality still deeply hidden. I am wondering if ALL cheetahs have such personalities or if it's only Ichel who is this special?

  • Sasha and Masha: I'm not big on psychiatric meds but is it possible that a very low dose of anti-anxiety medicine might do Ichel well for a short time? It may help her not to be so reactive from past trauma (PTSD) to give her a chance to be relaxed so more receptive to your love and then go off of it once she's more acclimated and comfortable with her new family? I say this because she so much older and I think, if I'm not mistaken, mature cats in general stop being as receptive to new relationships anyway whether they have PTSD or not. Just a thought. Thank you for all you guys do for Messi, Ichel and Kira, your are both awesome parents. 💜🙏💜

    • Может примените при даче лекарства старинный способ охоты н Белых медведей? Эскимосы в шарик из мясного фарша закладывали свернутые в круг острые пластинки китового уса , замораживали и массово скармливали белым Медведям - у тех в желудке, кишечнике ус распримлялся, впивался с соответсвующими последствиями в внутренние органы, и Охотники добивали копьясм измученное животное. Так и тут - в свежий фарш или мясо закладывать шарик фзамороженного фарша с концентрированной дозой лекарства ???

    • Joe Black she has cataracts. They want to take her to Moscow for treatment, but it is expensive. Also, they have many other obligations currently, and traveling is not recommended in the current Coronavirus situation. They do what they can with what they have.
